模糊免疫PID控制器及其在料位控制中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 将免疫PID控制和模糊控制算法融合,提出了模糊免疫PID控制算法,并将其应用到热磨机中的料位控制系统。Matlab仿真试验证明,对于具有非线性、时变、不确定性、纯滞后、大惯性的控制系统,模糊免疫PID是一种新的有效的控制策略。研究表明:模糊免疫PID控制算法可有效地提高料位控制系统的性能。 A fuzzy-immune PID control arithmetic was proposed by combining fuzzy control with immune PID control, and it was applied to the material-level control system. The MATLAB simulation experiments prove that the fuzzy-immune PID control is an effective arithmetic with the advantages of no overshoot, quick response, good robust. It is proved that this control al- gorithm is more effective on improving the material level control of preheating cylinder of the hot-grinding system.
