摘要
研究备件品种确定及决策风险分析方法。首先分析影响备件品种确定的主要因素,对各因素构成及相互之间的影响关系进行分析;然后,基于影响因素分析给出了备件品种确定流程及适用方法;其次,论述进行备件品种决策评价的必要性,给出了评价方法;最后,将研究结论应用于实例分析,验证分析与评价方法的可行性与合理性。
Research on methods of spare parts varieties determination and decision risk analyzing. Firstly, analyze the factors affecting spares width and discuss the interactional relationship among these factors. Then the spares varieties determination process and the applicable methods are expatiated. The importance of analyzing the decision risk is explained and the evaluate method is also given. Finally, based on the research conclusion, the spares varieties determination method is given in a numerical study and is tested by risk analysis. The result shows that the algorithm works well and so, the feasibility and rationality of the analytical method are validated.
