摘要
以某多体机械系统中载荷支撑和连接件-多层刚柔耦合体为研究对象,其刚柔体耦合约束建模问题是解决该系统动态性能研究的瓶颈。以Pro\E和ANSYS为平台,基于ADAMS软件分别采用4种不同方法实现了刚柔体耦合建模;以实际工况为参考,研究了在系统整机运动仿真中,不同约束建模方式对系统运动特性的影响。结果表明,经合适处理约束后的多层刚柔体耦合约束模型能够较好地反映实际工况,符合设计要求。
With the supporting and binding part-multilayer coupled rigid-flexible body of multibody mechanical system for research object,The constraint modeling method of multilayer coupled rigid-flexbleon is the bottleneck when study the dynamic function of the system. Using Pro/E and ANSYS as supporting platform, respectively using four kinds of constraint to conjunct rigid-flexible body on ADAMS software, compared with the actual work condition.the influence of the dissimilarity constraint of rigid-flexible coupling model on dynamic property of the system is examined. The results show rigid-flexible coupling model that its constraint were treated properly can reflect approximatively the actual work condition and match the requestion.
