摘要 推导出一维掺杂声子晶体的转移矩阵,研究了一维掺杂声子晶体的缺陷模特性。结果表明一维声子晶体掺杂后会在禁带中心处出现缺陷模。缺陷模随杂质厚度的变化呈周期性地出现,在同一周期内,缺陷模的频率随杂质厚度增加近似呈线性减小,但缺陷模的半高宽近似不变。缺陷模的半高宽随两介质声阻抗的差值的减少而增大。 The transfer matrix of the one-dimensional doping phononic crystal is derived. The characteristic of the defect mode of the one-dimensional doping phononic crystal is studied. In the one-dimensional doping phononic crystal,a defect mold appears at the forbidden band center. The defect mode periodically appears when the thickness of the impurity changes. The frequency of the defect mold reduces along with the increase of the thickness of the impurity in the identical cycle, but the FWHM of the defect mold is approximately invariable. The FWHM of the defect mold in creases along with the reduction of differences between acoustic impedance of two mediums.
