摘要
提出了低温氧化法制备Bi_2O_3粉体的新工艺。在正交实验的基础上,考察了氧化气氛、气体流量、氧化温度等因素对铋粉氧化过程的影响。确定的最优工艺条件为:空气流量16L/h、氧化温度550℃、氧化时间40min、预热温度250℃、预热时间1h、原料粒度200目。综合实验获得铋的氧化率达99.38%。
A new process of preparing Bi2O3 powders at low temperature is proposed in this paper. The effects of technical factors including oxidation atmosphere, flow rate, reaction temperature and time, and grain size on the bismuth powder oxidation are studied respectively, and optimum conditions are obtained as follow: air flow rate is 16L/h, reaction temperature and time are 550℃ and 40min, preheating temperature and time are 250℃ and 1h, respectively,and the grain size is 0. 074mm. Under optimum conditions, the oxidation ratio can reach 99. 38%.
