摘要
无机/无机核壳(记为"核@壳")纳米复合粒子具有许多不同于单组分胶体粒子独特的光、电、磁、催化等物理与化学性质。介绍了无机/无机核壳纳米复合粒子的4种主要形式:金属/半导体、金属/金属、半导体/半导体和半导体/金属型,详细讨论了金属/半导体型复合粒子的制备方法以及如何控制壳厚的完整性和均匀性,同时评述了这些形式及方法的适用性、优缺点,并展望了其前景。
Inorganic/inorganic core-shell nanocomposite particles have been given great attention for their unique optic, electric, magnetic and catalytic properties. In this paper, four main types of inorganic/inorganic core-shell nanocomposite particles are summarized, which are metal/semiconductor, metal/metal, semiconductor/semiconductor as well as semiconductor/metal. Here, nanocomposite particles in the form of metal/semiconductor are discussed in detail in temps of the synthesis methods and structure controllability of the thickness and uniformity of the shell. Simuha neously, the applicability and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed for these methods and core-shell types. The promising fields and the development are predicted.
