摘要
目的:探讨UAE治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法:选择子宫肌瘤患者35例,采用Seldinger技术,行双侧子宫动脉插管,DSA证实后行UAE,栓塞剂选择PLE+GS,分别于术后3个月、6个月、12个月彩超复查观察疗效。结果:UAE后91.4%(32/35)病例临床症状缓解,92.8%(26/28)患者月经恢复正常。术后3个月、6个月、12个月复查,肌瘤缩小率分别为35%、55%、75%。结论:UAE治疗子宫肌瘤是一种疗效显著的微创技术,强调子宫动脉彻底栓塞的重要性。
Objective To discuss the clinical value and effectivity of UAE in treating hysteromyoma. Method Thirty - five patients with hysteromyoma confirmed by DSA were treated with UAE by using Seldinger technology and two - sides uterine artery intubation, then the patients were applied color sopor- sound＇examination to observe the curative effect after 3,6 and 12 months. Results 91.4% （32/35） of all cases with clinical symptom recovery,and 92.8% got right menstruate. The minification rate was 35%, 55% and 75% after 3, 6 and 12 months, respectively after the operation. Conclusion The operation of USE is a kind of micro -wound technique with obvious curative effects, which emphasizes the importance of thorough embolism.
