摘要
目的:观察中西医结合并配合外治法治疗小儿流行性腮腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将临床确诊的68例流行性腮腺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组30例,予阿昔洛韦静滴,5～7d为1疗程,治疗组38例,除给予阿昔洛韦外加服中药普济消毒饮并患处外敷腮腺膏。结果:治疗组患儿体温,临床症状改善时间,腮腺颌下腺缩小时间明显少于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组有效率95%,对照组78%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中药口服配合外敷结合西药抗病毒治疗流行性腮腺炎效果显著。
Objective： to observe the effect of conbined treatment of Chinese medicine and western medicine to treating child epidemic parotitis. Method： 68 cases of epidemic parotitis were divided into treatment and control randomly. The control was 30eases treated in acyclovir and the course was 5--7 days. The treatment was 38 cases treated in acyclovir and General Antiphlogistic Decoction. Result： the body temperature, the improvement time of clinical symptom and the parotid and glanduia angularis diminution time were obviously short in treatment than control. The effective power was 95 % in treatment and 78 % in control, Conclusion. there has the significant effect of Chinese medicine take orally combining antiviral therapy to treating epidemic parotitis.
