摘要
先兆流产是妇科的常见病、多发病,属于中医学的胎漏、胎动不安、滑胎范畴。导师袁惠霞教授认为此病的发生与肾脏关系密切,故应从肾着手。根据病情不同,采用保胎,养胎,安胎的方法。
Omen miscarriage is one of the most commonly seen and frequent occurring diseases in the department of gynecology, belonging to the category of fetus leaking, uneasy fetal movement and fetus sliding in traditional Chinese medical science. Professor Yuan Huixia believes that the occurring of those diseases has dose relationship with the condition of kidney, therefore, doctors need to start with looking at the kidney＇s state when they meet their patient. According to different states of the illness, applying different treatment from saving fetus, raising fetus and resting fetus to keep fetus in good condition.
