绩效评估中的政治性考虑——基于内容分析的中国情境研究 被引量:14

摘要 Longenecker早在1986年就发现政治性考虑几乎一直都是评估过程中的一部分。那么,在中国这么一个注重关系、人情、面子和中庸之道的社会大背景下,绩效评估中的政治性考虑又是什么样的呢?本文主要通过内容分析法对中国情境下绩效评估中的政治性考虑的概念范围进行了探索性的研究。内容分析的结果显示一共有33个类目可以相对完整地描述中国情境下绩效评估中的政治性考虑。其中,有18个中国情境下绩效评估中的政治性考虑的类目在西方文献中的未被提及。本研究发现,绩效评估中的政治性考虑在中国情境是不同于西方情境的,在中国的绩效评估中的政治性考虑是与中国特定的社会文化背景密切相关的。 Early in 1986, Longenecker found that political considerations nearly always were part of performance rating process. Then, what about them in China, the context of which is characterized with guanxi, renqing, face, and mean? This article mainly explored the domain of political consideration in performance appraisal in China context on the basis of content analysis. Results of content analysis show that there are 33 items describing the relatively complete content of political consideration in performance appraisal. 18 items of them are not found in Western context. We find political consideration in performance appraisal in China context is different from that in Western context, and it may be closely related to the special socio-cultural context in China.
