健脾益肾方(法)治疗慢性肾功能衰竭及其营养不良的研究 被引量:10

摘要 健脾益肾方是辨治慢性肾功能衰竭及其营养不良的有效方剂,具有健脾益肾、通腑化浊邪的功效。通过对该方所做的各临床及实验研究,发现健脾益肾方与氯沙坦联用能显著地降低蛋白尿及血清肌酐、尿素氮水平,明显升高血浆白蛋白及血红蛋白水平,可缓解慢性肾功能衰竭脾肾阳虚患者倦怠乏力,气短懒言,面黄消瘦,纳少腹胀等临床症状,改善患者的肾功能及营养状况,增加体重,改善患者生存质量,延长患者生存期,另外,健脾益肾方还可以降低血清脂调素水平,增强ob mRNA表达。 Jianpi Yishen Decoction is used to treat chronic renal failure and malnutrition by our department. It has the efficacy of invigorate the spleen and tonifying kidney, smooth the FU - organ and remove the turbid pathogen. Through the clinical and experimental research which made by our department we found that 24h - urine protein excretion, serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were significantly decreased after treatment with Jianpiyishen Decoction combined with Losartan while albumin (Alb) and hemoglobin significantly increased ( P 〈0.05). In clinical it can relieve the clinical symptoms of CRF patients with the syndrome of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency, improve their kidney function and nutrition situation, increase their weight, thus improve their life quantity and prolong their survivals. In addition, Jianpi Yishen Decoction can decrease the serum level of leptin and increase the expression of ob mRNA.
