摘要
目的:观察骨碎补水提物对牙龈卟啉单胞菌胰酶样蛋白酶和糖苷酶活性的影响。方法:通过利用荧光分光光度计检测荧光底物的降解来测定酶活力。结果:骨碎补各浓度均可不同程度抑制Pg产生的胰酶样蛋白酶和糖苷酶活性,终浓度为1.2g/L的骨碎补液可抑制50%的TLP活性,而终浓度为1.3g/L的骨碎补液可抑制50%的糖苷酶活性。结论:骨碎补水提物能有效抑制牙龈卟啉单胞菌胰酶样蛋白酶和糖苷酶的活性。
Objective:Aqueous extract of Rhizoma drynariacon was tested its ability to inhibit trypsin -like protease glycosidic enzyme activity of Porphyromona gingivalis(Pg). Methods :The degradation of N - ct - benzoyl - L - arginine - AMC and N - CBZ - Gly - arg - AMC was determined by measuring the release of AMC with the spectroflurophotometer. Results :The extract concentration of 1.2g/L inhibited 50% degradation of the substrate of trypsin - like protease respectively and the extract concentration of 1.3g/L inhibited 50% degradation of the substrate of glycosidic enzyme respectively. Conclusion : Aqueous extract of Rhizoma drynariacon inhitited trypsin - like protease and glycosidic enzyme activity effectively.
