摘要
经过理论分析得出了与切向光栅对各种构成方式对应的莫尔条纹间距的定量关系式.设计制作了1组光栅,并进行了实际测量,结果表明所得关系式与实测结果符合得很好.这对在"位置细分"技术中开拓排布光电传感器所需空间、提高测量分辨率和测量精度十分有利.
We have obtained the quantitative relation Moire fringe spacing corresponding to different structure of tangential grating pair by theory analysis. Based on this, a pair of gratings were designed, and applied to practical measurement. The results indicated that the calculation from our formula were consistent to the data of practical measurement, which had great benefit for extending the space of photoelectric sensor arrangement and improving measurement resolution and precision in position subdivision technique.
