多媒体组合优化体育保健实验技能教学的研究 被引量:9

摘要 随着科技的进步,多媒体技术在体育保健学实验课中的应用越来越广泛。为了加强实验教学环节,培养学生实验操作技能和应用能力,为终身体育打下良好基础,我们通过相关文献资料查阅,对体育保健学实验课教学模式进行了改革与创新,提出构建多媒体辅助、讲练结合、重点抽查的"循环"教学模式。在授课过程中,运用多媒体CAI课件、录像插播反复演示操作技术的重点和难点。在练习操作过程中,运用录像循环播放,及时为学生练习提供示范和指导;讲练结合,把握契机进行适当的引导、点评和归纳;重点抽查,了解和掌握教学反馈信息。教学实践表明:通过对多媒体技术的精心设计,并进行优化组合,激发了学生学习兴趣,提高了实验操作能力,学生对教学的满意度高,达到了教学效果的最优化。 With the development of science plied more and more into the experimental and technology, multimedia technology is apclasses of athletic health care. To enhance the effect of experimental teaching,which aims to cultivate students & practical ability of experimental operation and skills and to lay a solid foundation for a life-long physical education, reforms and renovations in the teaching mode of the experimental course of athletic health care have been made, and proposals of establishing a new circulating teaching mode with a combination of teaching and practice,the supplement of multi-media and selective examination are put forward. In the course of teaching,CAI courseware and video play are used repeated to demonstrate the important and difficult points. During the practice period, the teacher would present students proper models and guidance through the circulation of videos ; Combination of teaching and practice means the teacher would offer proper guidance,make comments and summarize at a right time, while selective examination is to learn and get the information of feedback. The teaching practice indicates that through the elaborate design and optimized combination of multimedia,students' learning interests are aroused, their experimental and technical abilities are improved, their degree of satisfaction for teaching is raised and the teaching effect is best achieved.
