髓芯减压加骨条植入治疗Ⅰ期股骨头缺血性坏死临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨经髓芯减压加骨条植入治疗Ⅰ期股骨头缺血性坏死的临床效果。方法56例患者共61髋,在C型臂X线机下定位,进行股骨头颈减压,将骨条植入囊变区,术后置负压引流管一条,逐层缝合,并使用抗生素5~7d,逐渐负重。结果术后所有患者疼痛症状均减轻,平均随访12个月。53例患髋疼痛症状消失,3例(均为双髋者)疼痛明显减轻。优48髋,良7髋,可6髋,优良率为90.2%。结论髓芯减压加骨条植入是治疗Ⅰ期股骨头缺血性坏死一种有效方法,值得临床进一步推广。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of core decompression and bone transplantation for treatment of patients with stage Ⅰischemic necrosis of femoral head. Methods The decompression of femoral head and neck was performed under the examination of C - arm X - ray machine in 56 patients with a total of 61 hips, and bone transplants were implanted into cystic areas of bone. A sucti.on tube was placed for drainage, then it was sutured layer by layer, and antibiotics were administrated for 5 - 7 days. The load was gradually increased after the operation. Resulls The symptom of pain was reduced in all patients after operation, and the average follow - up period was 12 months. The hip pain was disappeared in 53 patients, and the pain was significantly reduced in three cases (all of them with dual -hip involvement). The result of treatment was excellent in 48 hips, good in 7 hips, passed in 6 hips, and the excellent rate was 90.2%. Conclusion The core decompression and bone transplantation are effective in treatment of patients with stage Ⅰ ischemic necrosis of femoral head.
