摘要
通过高温抗热疲劳试验、高温抗氧化、生长试验以及自己设计的高温抗变形试验,模拟了烧结机台车体的工况条件,并研究了硅、铬、钼元素对球墨铸铁组织及高温性能的影响。在试验条件下,采用以铬代替钼,硅铬铜的合理配合,使获得的铬铜球墨铸铁高温抗变形和抗热疲劳性能达到了钼铜球墨铸铁的指标,满足了台车体的组织和性能要求,降低了生产成本。
The experiments of fatigue resistance, oxidation resistance and growth resistance, as well as the self-designed experiment of deformation resistance at high temperature were carried out to simulate the working condition of the sinter machine pallet-body. And the effect of silicon, chromium, molybdenum on the microstructure and high temperature properties of ductile iron were studied. In the experiment condition of this study, molybdenum was replaced by chromium and simultaneously the content of silicon was changed properly in order to reduce the product costs. And the results indicated that with the optimized contents of silicon and chromium, the deformation resistance and the times of thermal cycle approximated to those of specimen containing molybdenum.
