摘要
旋转射流相对于普通射流具有良好的扩散性和较大的冲击面积,且因其射流质点具有三维速度,有利于剪切破碎,这正好弥补了普通圆射流冲击面积小、破碎效率低、难以形成连续大孔眼的不足。现针对旋转水射流钻孔的特点及优势,对其破土钻孔机理进行了分析。
The swirlingjet flow has the better diffusibility and the bigger impact area than that of the common one. Owing to its particles" with ;3-D speed to make for cutting and breaking easily, this jet flow is precisely made up the disadvantages of the common circle jet flow such as the small impact area, low crushing efficiency, and continuous big perforation forming with difficulty. In view of the characteristics and superiority of the swirling water jet flow drilling, the drilling mechanism of ground-breaking is analyzed.
