摘要
提出了一种采用四振动电机自同步激振的大型振动筛。通过利用四电机驱动的自同步振动筛简化模型建立自同步振动力学模型,运用 Hamilton 原理,建立了该振动筛系统的自同步条件和同步稳定性判据。研究表明,该四电机驱动自同步振动筛系统,在满足自同步条件和稳定运转条件时可以实现同步且稳定运转,为该类产品提供理论依据,具有工程应用价值。
A new type of shaker that is excited by four motor self-synchronously is presented. By building the mechanics model of this kind of shaker and using Hamilton principle, the self-synchronization qualification and synchronization stability criterion of the shaker system are built. The result indicates that this kind of shaker system can run synchronously and steadily, when the self-synchronization qualification and synchronization stability condition are satisfied. It can provide theoretical basis for this kind of product, and processes engineering application value.
