摘要
本试验应用插值法探讨了套算法测定单个饲料(玉米)代谢能值中被测饲料的适宜替代比例问题。选用396只28日龄AA肉仔鸡,按体重相近、公母各占1/2的原则分配到9个处理组中,每处理11个重复,饲喂以被测玉米按不同比例(0、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%和100%)替代基础日粮组成的试验日粮,进行代谢试验,同时测定各处理的生产性能(平均日增重、采食量、饲料/增重)。数据显示玉米替代基础日粮测定肉仔鸡代谢能时,随玉米替代基础日粮的比例增加,试验日粮的AME值除60%和80%两个处理组外呈明显的上升趋势(P<0.01),但是被测玉米的AME值除80%处理组外无显著差异(P>0.05)。用插值法计算出被测玉米AME"真值",代入其与替代比例建立的回归公式中,计算得到套算法中玉米替代基础日粮适宜比例为63.45%。生产性能数据显示,低于70%的处理组试鸡的采食量大,日增重高,饲料/增重处于正常水平且无显著差异(P>0.05),高于40%的处理组测得的玉米AME值组内数据变异小(低于3%),可认为该比例是试鸡处于正常生产状态下测得的稳定数值,具有实际意义。
The study was conducted to determine the exact substitution ratio of tested feedstuff by using the method of extrapolation to evaluate feedstuff AME in chicken. A total of 396 28-day AA broiler chickens were raised and randomly allotted into 9 different treatments consisted of 11 replicates with 2 male and 2 female each. Broiler chickens in different treatment were fed tested feedstuff substituted by different ratio of tested corn (0, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80% and 100%)in metabolizable experiment with performance testing. The results showed that the AME of tested feedstuff raised significantly except for the groups which the corn ratio was 60% and 80%, while no significant difference was observed on the AME of tested corn except for group with 80% corn ratio (P〉0.05). Substituting the ME value of tested corn calculated by the methods of extrapolation into the regression models established with the AME value of tested corn (Y) and its substitution ratio in basal diets (X), the corresponding X was 63.45%. It was concluded that performance in the treatments which tested corn ratio less than 70% showed high FI and ADG, but the FCR in different treatments showed no significant difference (P〉0.05). There was little variation (lower than 3%) of tested corn AME value in treatments with corn ratio higher than 40%. All showed that 63.45% was practical while it was tested stably during the natural states of the broiler chickens.
