摘要
为了使熟条达到较好的质量水平,并验证FA326A型自调匀整并条机的匀整作用,在并条工序的末并采用了FA326A型自调匀整并条机。通过合理选择凹凸罗拉的厚度和喇叭口大小;正确调整位移传感器的位置;以生产试验来确定死区长度和放大倍数;设定合适的报警极限,使得熟条质量较FA306A型并条机熟条质量有了较明显的改善,成纱质量也得到了一定提高。
To ensure draw sliver quality and confirm the function of FA326A autoleveler drawing frame, which is adopted in finishing drawing process. Thickness of embossing roller and size of pipe socket were chosen rationally. The location of position transducer was adjusted well. Dead zone length and magnification were confirmed through production test. Alarm limit was set properly, which could improve draw sliver greatly comparing to the draw sliver produced by FA306A drawing frame and yarn quality could be improved in a certain degree.
