摘要
以工控组态软件(MCGS)的设备窗口实现对远程数据采集模块的驱动,完成工业现场数据的采集与控制命令的发布,运用RS485等串行口通讯协议实现计算机与外部设备之间的数据交换;以用户窗口编写了友好的用户界面及相应的控制算法,设计出具有工程应用价值的实时及历史报表,直观的实时曲线和历史曲线;以运行策略和实时数据库窗口完成系统运行的管理和对所有数据文件变量的管理与记录。试验结果表明基于组态软件设计的DDC系统具有良好的系统性能。
With control configuration software (MCGS) equipment window, the long range data acquisition module actuation is realized, the industry field data gathering and the control command issue are completed, the use of RS 485 serial port communication agreement achieved data exchange between the computer and the external equipment; Friendly user interface and the corresponding con- trol algorithm is designed with the user window, real-time and the historical report form with the project application value, direct real- time curve and historical curve is designed; The management of the system movement, records and management of all data file variables are completed through the run strategy and the real-time data-base window. The test result indicated the DDC system based on configuration software has the good system performance.
