摘要
临床见习是实现医学理论知识与临床实践工作紧密联系的关键环节。在借鉴、分析国外有关基于案例的教学、认知学徒制等教学方法的基础上,结合普通外科临床实践,本文提出了基于案例的认知学徒制策略的内涵与特点,并初步探索其在外科临床见习中的应用,以期为改进外科临床见习的教学提供有益的参考。
In surgery., clinical probation is important to integrate medical science theory with practice. This paper proposed the meaning and features of cased-based cognitive apprenticeship, and explored the application of the strategy in general surgery for clinical probation, with an attempt to provide beneficial reference to improve teaching quality in surgery for clinical probation.
