摘要
针对游梁式抽油机电动机运行过程中功率因数低、对电网波动大的状况,应用电容器分时投切无功补偿技术,采用C8051F系列单片机,配合交流采样方法,软、硬件结合构成无功补偿系统装置。实验波形和实验结果分析表明,系统实现了提高网侧功率因数、降低损耗及节约电能的目的。
The driving motor of the beam-pumping unit is usual in an ineffective status, which results to low power factor and high fluctuating of power netwoks. A kind of var compensation system equipment is presented by applying capacitor switching var compensation technology, adopting C8051F single chip, and using the hardware and software with AC sampling method. The experimental waveforms and the experimental results show that the system can improve power factor, reduce consumption and economize energy.
