摘要
对有机-无机杂化超滤膜的最新研究进行了综述。根据相分离方式和引入无机粒子的方式归纳了这类超滤膜的制备方法。这类超滤膜具有优良的物化稳定性、较为完善的膜孔结构、较好的膜透过和分离性能以及良好的抗污染能力。介绍了有机-无机杂化超滤膜的成膜机理,讨论了无机粒子的物化性能、结构以及含量等因素对此类超滤膜结构和性能的影响。最后,对此类超滤膜的研究、开发前景进行了展望。
The recent research progress of organic-inorganic hybrid ultrafiltration membranes was reviewed. The preparation methods of the ultrafiltration membranes were classified according to both phase separation and introduction of inorganic particles. Organic-inorganic hybrid ultrafiltration membranes possess had many advantages such as thermal and chemical stability, excellent pore structure, high permeability and selectivity, good an- ti-fouling performance, etc. The formation mechanisms of organic-inorganic hybrid ultrafiltration membranes based on different preparation methods were presented. In addition, some factors such as physical and chemical properties, structure and content of inorganic particles on the structure and pro perty of membranes were discussed. Finally, a brief comment on the development of this kind of ultrafiltration membranes was given.
