摘要
目的:探讨腋缘切口重建钢板内固定治疗不稳定性肩胛骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:对15例不稳定性肩胛骨骨折采用腋缘切口重建钢板内固定进行治疗及评估。结果:术中出血150-200ml,手术时间60-120分钟。术后随访8～20个月,根据Hardegger[1]等功能评定标准,优:7例,良:5例,可:2例,差:1例。结论:采用腋缘切口重建钢板内固定治疗不稳定性肩胛骨骨折,结合早期康复锻炼,出血少、损伤小,可取得较好的功能恢复。
Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of internal fixation with reconstruction plate and screw at armpit rim incision in the treatment of unstable scapular fracture. Method.. The operation was performed on 15 cases with unstable scapular fracture and the effect was evaluated. Result： The intraoperative hemorrhage was 150--200ml, the operation time was 60--120m, and they were followed up 8--20m effect, 2 cases had effect and 1 According to Hardegger function case had poor effect. Conclusion.. evaluation standard, 7 cases were excellent, 5 cases had good Internal fixation with reconstruction plate and screw at armpit rim incision combined with early rehabilitation exercise can achieve good functional recovery with less bleeding and small damage.
