摘要
近几年来,在我国许多城市出现了各种名称的旅游联合体,联合体的高效运作对各成员的发展产生了积极的作用,但是旅游联合体在我国毕竟是新生事物,旅行社实施有效联合是较难的事情,本文以大同市旅游联合体为例,从旅行社之间实现业务合作、构建有效管理机制、重视以资产为纽带的联合、发展跨区域联合以及联合体各成员的信用问题等方面作了论述。
In the last few years, presented each kind of name traveling unified body in our country many cities, the unified body highly effective operation has had the positive function to various members＇ development, but the traveling unified body in our country was the newly emerging things after all, the travel agency implemented effectively is jointly the difficult matter, this article take the Datong traveling unified body as an example, realized the service cooperation, the construction effective management mechanism from the travel agency, to take seriously take the property as the link union, to develop cross region union as well as unified body various members＇ aspects and so on credit question has made the elaboration.
