摘要
为了确定桃褐腐病菌拮抗细菌CE的最有利的发酵液的组成和发酵条件,分别采用了正交试验和单因素试验的方法。结果表明:发酵液中的C、N源的组合、C、N源的含量、金属离子对拮抗细菌CE的生长量和抑菌活性都有不同的影响,用4.5%的玉米粉和0.15%的酵母浸膏配制的发酵液对拮抗细菌CE生长量和抑菌效果都相对较好,另外Fe3+的添加能同时促进拮抗细菌的生长量和抑菌效果。在研究的几个发酵条件中,拮抗细菌CE的生长量和抑菌效果在一定范围内成正相关,即随生长量增大抑菌效果增强,说明抑菌物质的产生与活菌量的多少有关,最适的发酵条件为30℃,pH7,140r/min,接种量为10%,发酵时间为60h。
The composition of fermented broth and fermentation conditions were optimized by orthogonal and monofactorial experiment respectively. Combination and content of the C and N sources, as well as mental ions, had different effect on the growth and antagonistic effect of bacterium CE. The broth composed of 4.5% corn flour and 0.15% yeast extract was better for both growth and antagonistic effect of CE. Adding of Fe3+ promoted both bacterial growth and antagonistic effect. The antagonistic effect of bacterium CE was correlation with bacterial growth under the studied conditions in a certain extent, that is, the antagonistic effect was increased with the growth of CE. The most preferable fermentation condition was 30℃, pH7, 140r/min, 10% inoculation, and fermented for 60h.
