摘要
电磁轴承系统由于诸多优点被广泛应用于高速、真空超净等场合,传感器是电磁轴承系统的重要组成部分之一,其特性在很大程度上影响了整个系统的性能。电涡流式传感器的安装方式不利于对称调节和零点位置调节,本文设计了一种分装式差动变压器式电感传感器,其主要特点是一个自由度由分离装配的两部分组成,信号自动构成差动输出。仿真分析和模型样机实验结果都证明了这种传感器具有良好的输出特性,在电磁轴承领域具有良好的应用前景。
Magnetic bearings are widely applied in high speed and ultraclean situations for their advanced performance. The sensor is an important part of the whole magnetic bearing system, which influences the performance of the whole system directly. A novel transformer type sensor is designed in this paper, which is composed of two separate parts that automatically output differential signals. The FEM computation results and the prototype test results indicate that this kind of sensor has a good output performance, which possesses good application in this area.
