胫神经H反射与F波诊断腰骶神经根病的敏感性比较 被引量:7

摘要 目的:比较胫神经H反射与F波诊断腰骶神经根病变的敏感性。方法:对82例临床确诊腰骶神经根病变的患者,测定102条胫神经H反射、F波。H反射检测内容包括潜伏期、波幅。F波检测内容包括潜伏期、出现率。分别与正常值比较,判定二者是否异常,比较H反射与F波的异常率是否具统计学差异。结果:对腰骶神经根病变患者,H反射异常率明显高于F波异常率,其中H反射波幅异常率明显高于其潜伏期异常率,差异均具有统计学显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:H反射检测更易于早期发现下肢神经根病变,且操作简便易行,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To compare the sensitivity of H reflex and F wave in detecting lumbosacral radiculopathy. Methods:Eighty-two patients with lumbosacral radiculopathy accepted examinations for H reflex and F wave in 102 tibial nerves. The latency and amplitude of H reflex and the persistence and latency of F, wave were measured and compared with the normal values respectively.The rate of abnormalities in H reflex and F wave were compared by χ^2 test.Results:The abnormalities in H reflex were significantly higher than those in the F wave, and the abnormality in the amplitude of H reflex were significantly higher than those in the latency of H reflex(P〈0.01).Conclusion:H reflex, easily performed, was more sensitive to detect the lumbosacral radiculopathy in the lower extremities, should be used further in clinic.
