Real-time Simulation of Missile Tail Fire and Flight Track Based on Particle System

摘要 导弹飞行尾焰和尾迹的模拟效果极大地影响飞行类视景仿真的真实感和用户的沉浸感。基于粒子系统的原理,首先,分析了导弹尾焰和尾迹的运动模型;其次,采用了一种新的三元十字交叉粒子系统模型并简化了数学计算模型;另外,还结合纹理映射、公告板技术和其它计算机图形技术,对导弹尾焰和尾迹进行了同时模拟。仿真效果逼真且满足系统实时性的要求。 The simulation effect of missile tail fire and flight track makes enormous influence on the realism of simulation system and user's immersion feeling. Simultaneous simulation of missile tail fire and flight track were implemented based on particle system in real time. First, the motion model of missile tail fire and flight track was analyzed. Then, a new three-decussation-particle model was introduced and the numerical calculation model was simplified. Texture mapping, billboard technology and other computer graphics techniques were further used to achieve the final results. The experimental results illustrate that the proposed method can satisfy the requirements of real time and realism.
