摘要
1980年10月10日,联合国《特定常规武器公约》签署于日内瓦。公约既是国际人道法关于作战手段和方法的规定的一部分,又是国际军备控制和裁军多边条约体系下的重要协定。这一性质影响了我国对待公约的态度。笔者在分析了我国二十多年来与公约有关的几个重大事件后,预测了公约走向,并对我国今后的工作提出了建议。
The CCW was signed in Geneva on October 10, 1980. The CCW is not only part of the rules on the use of means and methods of warfare of the international humanitarian law, but also an important one of multilateral convention system in the field of international arms control and disarmament. This nature has influenced China＇s attitudes to the CCW. The author analyses several China＇s great events related to the CCW from 1980, then forecasts the trend of the CCW and gives a proposal of China＇ actions for the future.
