摘要
半导体光催化氧化技术被认为是最为环保的一种深度氧化技术。目前研究的半导体光催化剂多为人工合成,成本较高,限制了其工业化应用。天然半导体矿物分布广泛、价格低廉,矿物晶体中往往富含各种金属离子,使其光谱响应范围拓宽,从而具有优良的光催化性能。介绍了目前国内外包括天然金红石、天然铁(氢)氧化物、天然闪锌矿、天然锰矿等在内的天然半导体矿物光催化性能的研究现状,并进行了展望。
It is believed that the semiconductor photo - catalysed oxidation technique is the most environmental - friendly deep - oxidation technique. Presently, artificially synthesized photocatalysts difficulty to be applized industrially due to their relatively high cost. However, the low - price and resourceful natural semiconductor minerals excellent photocatalysis performances , because they always contain many kinds of metal ions , which can improve their absorption spectrum. The current research situation of photocatalysis of such natural semiconductor minerals as natural rutil, natural iron oxyhydroxide, natural sphalerite, and natural manganese minerals at home and abroad, was introduced. Furthermore, the future development was prospected.
