摘要
为进一步改进三维结构纺织产品的成型性、适用性、稳定性,对T型+柱体内置纱线的立体混合造型结构设计方法进行研究。充分运用3-D织物组织结构设计方法,采用纬向正交结构,确立一次成型织造加工的纬纱路径,设计出交叉T型三维机织物。研究结果表明:通过合理的纬纱路径设计,与纵向多层排列经纱交织,可以达到特殊造型三维机织物一次成型的结构要求。该研究对基于正交组织结构复杂造型复合织物预制件的设计方法具有一定的参考价值。
For improving the shaping undertaken on the design of T- shaped , fitness, and stability of 3-D textile products, an in depth study was 3-D fabrics with interweaving structure. According to the design, the weft wise orthogonal structure was adopted and the route of picks for weaving this kind of fabric was determined. It shows that the structural requirements of a specially shaped 3-D fabric can be met when the route of picks is so designed that they are interwoven with multi-layer of ends. This study has certain significance for designing 3-D fabrics with complex structures.
