摘要
介绍伺服控制系统在经编行业的使用现状,阐述经编机伺服控制系统参数调节的理论,提出较为系统的符合经编伺服控制系统使用要求的参数调节方法,建立了由Kollmorgen公司IL18-030A1型伺服电机和CD5系列伺服驱动器组成的伺服控制系统平台,讨论实际参数调节中的具体问题。通过对实验采集的运动曲线进行分析,指出进一步的解决方案。曲线分析表明,所研究的方法对经编机伺服系统进行参数调节可完全达到经编生产的要求。
This paper introduces the current status of the use of servo-control system in warp knitting field, elaborates the general theory of parameter adjustment, and proposes a method which is systemic and suits to the warp knitting servo - control system. It establishes an experimental platform consisting of Kollmorgen Corporation's IL18-030A1 servo motor and CD5 series servo driver, discusses the specific problem arising from the real adjusting process, analyses the motion diagram and obtains further adjustment methods. Curve analysis shows that adjusting the parameters of warp knitting servo-control system according to the method given in this paper can fully meet production requirements.
