摘要
[目的]比较临床常用的消毒后用无菌棉签擦干法和常规消毒法的消毒效果,探讨更规范的消毒方法。[方法]在受试者的左右手背采用两种消毒方法,用秒表分别记录消毒时间,消毒后分别采样进行污染指数测定并进行细菌培养,观察两种皮肤消毒法的消毒效果。[结果]消毒后用无菌棉签擦干法在消毒时间上明显快于常规消毒法(P﹤0.05),但消毒效果远不如常规消毒法(P﹤0.05),细菌培养阳性率常规消毒法为19.6%,而消毒后无菌棉签擦干法为30.4%。[结论]医疗护理人员实施皮肤消毒时仍需严格执行常规消毒法。
[ Objective] To investigate more normative method of skin degerming by comparing the effectiveness about routine method of skin degerming and wiping dry with asepsis swab after sterilizing. [ Methods ] Apply these two kinds of methods on the dorsum of left and right hand of subjects. Write down the time of sterilizing by seconds-counter. We collected the samples and evaluated pollution index and carried out bacterial culture after sterilizing to observe the effectiveness of these two kinds of method. [ Results ] The method of wiping dry with asepsis swab after sterilizing was faster than routine method, but the effectiveness was far more less the routine sterilization method （P 〈 0.05）. The positive rate of bacterial culture of routine sterilization was 19.6%, while the result of the method of wiping dry with asepsis swab after sterilizing was 30.4%. [Conclusion] Medical care and nursing staff should carry out routine sterilization strictly when skin degerming.
