摘要
本文从实际出发,结合当前独立学院的教学问题,强调了建立内部教学督导系统的必要性;并且研究了如何建立相对独立的内部教学督导机构及确立其重点任务,从系统论的角度阐述了内部教学督导系统如何运行。
The paper emphasizes the importance of internal teaching supervisor, in connection with the current state of the inde pendent institute, and elaborates how to establish internal teaching supervisor system of independent college, and how to estab lish its key tasks. In addition, the author researches the running of the system, setting from systems theory.
