摘要
辅导员是高校学生工作中的骨干力量,是学校与学生之间的桥梁与纽带。在贯彻落实党的教育方针、培养学生健康成长的过程中,具有不可替代的作用。本人仅从高职辅导员工作的重要性和如何做好高职辅导员工作两方面,谈谈对高职辅导员工作的一点认识与体会。
Counselors are the backbone of students work in colleges and the bridge and tie between schools and students. They play an irreplaceable role in implementing the Party＇s education policy and promoting the healthy growth of students. The paper discusses the importance of counselors＇ work in higher Vocational colleges and how to do the job well.
