摘要
提出一种新的用于简易混合动力汽车电气驱动系统的线路,除保留无刷直流电动机驱动系统(包括逆变器及其触发器)外,借助Boost升压器的强增磁效应,用以提升低车速制动时产生的再生发电电压,实现从高速到低速运行的整个范围内,均能将制动时汽车的机械能转换为电能存储于电池组中,提高能源的利用率,减轻对环境的污染。为便于说明,文中以串联型混合动力汽车为例进行分析,对于并联型混合动力汽车,此线路亦适用。整个驱动电路由PIC单片机控制,通过软件编程可以实现所需功能。
The paper introduces a new kind of circuit which is used in electric drive of simply gas-electric hybrid vehicles. It not only has the general brushless direct current motor drive system, hut also can generate electricity voltage by dint of the increasing magnetism effect of Boost rising voltage when the ear operates in low-speed. As a consequence, it realizes the transition from mechanical energy produced by brake to electric energy and saves it in batteries. It is suitable for whole range from high speed to low speed. It will be able to alleviate the pollution to environment. For the sake of easy to explain,it takes as a example. It is also applicable to Gas-Electric Hybrid Vehicle drive system in the parallel. The whole drive system is controlled by PIC single chip and implemented all functions by software programmed.
