摘要
运用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamic)软件Fluent对某二冲程汽油机的扫气过程进行数值模拟,通过结果分析排气道及扫气道的结构参数对扫气效果的影响,并提出改进方案,以改善原机的排放性、动力性和经济性。对于二冲程汽油机改善其排放性尤为重要,所以本文的研究重点是通过计算机模拟加以定性分析,改善发动机扫气过程,达到降低排放的目的。
This paper mainly makes a numerical simulation for the scavenging process of a certain Two-Stroke Gasoline Engine by applying the CFD softwase-Fluent. According to the results,it analyzes the structural parameters of exhaust passage and scavenging air belt in order to find their influences for the scavenging effect and puts forward the upswing proposal for improving the emission behavior, power performance and economical efficiency of primary engine. As for the Two- Stroke Gasoline Engine, how to improve its emission behavior is the most important, so the investigative emphasis in this paper is the qualitative analysis by the computational simulation in order to improve the scavenging process of engine and realize the purpose of reducing the emission.
