摘要
通过对新疆华电红雁池发电有限责任公司#2锅炉低温备用减温器长管接头与减温器本体连接处裂纹的试验分析,得出了裂纹产生的原因。首先是由于喷水管和管座内部焊缝连接的结构不当,造成喷水管在焊缝处的疲劳断裂;而后由于减温水和断口处一定时间内不同工况下的喷溢,致使联箱和管座内壁局部表面在反复热冲击应力作用下疲劳开裂。依据裂纹产生的原因和现场实际,提出将减温器本体受损及有缺陷的区域去除,并用电厂现有管材替换的应急返修处理方案,并制定了详细的焊接工艺,保证了#2锅炉低温备用减温器替换部位的焊接质量。
With crack analysis of #2 boiler low temperature spare desuperheater long pipe connection and the desuperheater main body made by Huadian Hongyanehi Electricity Generation Limited Liability Company in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.This paper has obtained the cause of crack occurrence. Firstly, because the welding joint's structure of the spray pipe and the tube s^ket is improper, causes welding joint's endurance crack of the spray pipe. Then ,because gushing out of lukewarm water under different operating mode, causes endurance crack of header and tube socket's internal surface under repeatedly thermal shock stress.The results show that suffers injury the desuperheater main body and eliminates the flaw area,and utilizes existing tube replacement' s emergency repair processing plan ,formulates the detailed welding process, and guarantees #2 boiler low temperature spare desuperheater replacing spot's welding quality.
