摘要
在长距离输油气管道建设中,管道环焊缝打底焊采用带焊接衬垫的管道气动内对口器具有施工速度快、焊接质量高等特点。在研制完成φ1219mm带铜衬垫的管道气动内对口器基础上,结合目前我国长距离输油气管道建设中,制约施工速度和焊缝质量的关键是根焊难的技术瓶颈。重点研究了带焊接衬垫的管道气动内对口器所用衬垫材料筛选、衬垫焊接试验及衬垫材料的确定。研究结果表明:铬锆铜和在普通紫铜表层喷涂镍铬陶瓷复合层这二种材料更适合作为管道内对口器的焊接衬垫;采用此种方法进行管道环焊缝根焊,可以实现单面焊双面成形。
In the course of long-distance pipeline construction ,if the pipeline pneumatic internal clamp with back-up is utilized for welding root pass,then the construction program would be faster and the welding quality would be better.Based on development of pipeline pneumatic internal clamp with back-up shoes and contacted with the key link of restricting construction planned speed and quality of the welding in the course of long-distance pipeline construction at present.In this paper,the back-up material of pipeline pneumatic internal clamp with back-up is selected,the welding test for back-up is executed,and the back-up material is finally determined.The research result indicates the Cr-Zr-Cu alloy is the better back-up material than the Cr-Ni ceramic compound layer spraying on the surface of red copper for pipeline internal clamp.The welding procedure of single fillet welded double-face forming would be achieving, if using this method when root pass.
