摘要
针对无人机机载设备体积小、重量轻、功耗小等要求,基于芯片ADF4360-3为机载数据终端的发射机与接收机设计了一种可设置上百个可变频点的锁相频率合成器。重点介绍了频率合成器的控制电路设计、环路滤波器的设计和仿真,以及变频程序算法的实现,并给出了主要算法的程序代码;分析了上电锁定错误的原因并提出有效的解决方法。通过无人机飞行试验验证:所设计的锁相频率合成器,性能稳定,具有很强的实用性,可推广应用于其他无线电测控系统的收发信机中。
According to the request of small dimension, light weight, low power consumption for airborne equipments of UAV, a phase-locked frequency synthesizer which can set up more than one hundred frequency-points is designed by using chip ADF4360- 3 for airborne data terminal transceiver. The design of control circuit, and the design and simulation of loop filter and the realization of frequency conversion program algorithm about frequency synthesizer are importantly discussed. The main programming code is given. The error-locked reasons when it is the initial power-up are analyzed and the effective solution is proposed. The results show the phase-locked synthesizer design has stable performance and very strong practicability in UAV flight test verification. Therefore, it can be widely applied to the transceiver of other telemetry and telecontrol systems.
