摘要
为研究芦荟多糖对肉鸡生产性能及免疫功能的影响,选择1日龄AA肉鸡150只,公母各半,随机分为5个组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只雏鸡。第1组为对照组,第2、3、4组为添加芦荟多糖组,添加量分别为0.1%、0.15%、0.25%,第5组为抗生素组,添加100mg/kg高霉素。本试验结果表明,在肉仔鸡饲粮中添加芦荟多糖对生产性能和屠宰性能均无显著影响(P>0.05),与抗生素作用效果一致。另外,芦荟多糖具有提高肉仔鸡免疫器官指数和吞噬指数的作用(P<0.05),添加比例为0.25%时效果较好,且与抗生素作用效果相当。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of aloe polysaccharides on the production performance and immune function of broiler in diets.150 1-day old AA broilers were randomly divided into five groups,each group had three replicates and each replicate had 10 broilers.Group 1 was control group fed basal diet,group 2-4 fed basal diet supplemented with 0.1%,0.15 %,0.25 % aloe polysaecharides,group 5 was the basal diet supplemented 100 mg/kg antibiotic treatment.This results showed that the production performance and slaughter performance of broilers were not significantly affected by dietary aloe polysaccharides (P 〉 0.05 ),which were consistent with that of antibiotic.In addition, aloe polysaccharides in diets improved significantly the immune apparatus index and phagocytic index of broilers (P 〈 0.05 ), effects of aloe polysaccharides with 0.25 % in diets were better and were equal to that of antibiotic treatment.
