摘要
以33个玉米自交系为试验材料,对其6个相对生物性状和苗期磷效率进行了相关和通径分析.结果表明:玉米苗期磷效率与相对主根长、相对地下部干质量、相对须根数、相对地上部干质量、相对株高和相对叶龄均达到极显著相关水平.相对地下部干质量对苗期磷效率的正向直接作用最大,通径系数为141.917 7;相对株高对苗期磷效率的负向直接作用最大,通径系数为-142.973.其它性状的直接作用大小依次为相对叶龄(1.651 4)、相对须根数(0.120 8)、相对地上部干质量(0.110 9)和相对主根长(-0.056 7).
The correlation and path analysis of 6 relative biologic characters and phosphorus efficiency in seedling of maize inbred (lines)were studied. The results showed that the phosphorus efficiency had significant positive correlations with relative root length, relative root weight, relative fibrous root number, relative above ground weight of plant, relative plant height and relative leaf age. And relative root weight had the most positive influence on the phosphorus efficiency with the direct path coefficient 141. 917 7, relative plant height had the most negative influence on the phosphorus efficiency with the direct path coefficient --142. 973. The influence order of other characters was relative leaf age (1. 651 4), relative fibrous root number (0. 120 8), relative above ground weight of plant (0. 110 9 , and relative root length (- 0. 056 7).
