摘要
为了提升门诊医护人员的职业素养和医疗服务水平,我们结合门诊工作特点及管理实践,探索归纳出门诊医护人员应具有的八种意识并加以强化:即人本意识、整体意识、质量意识、时效意识、协作意识、预防意识、诚信意识和维权意识。
In order to improve the professional quality and medical service of the medical staff in out-patient clinics, we, combined with the characteristics and managerial practice in clinical work, investigated and induced the eight kinds of consciousnesses possessed by medical staff in the clinics and intensified them. They are consciousness of humanism, integral consciousness, quality consciousness, consciousness of actual effect, consciousness of cooperation, preventive consciousness, credit consciousness and consciousness of rights safeguarding.
