摘要
试样经1%三氯乙酸-二甲基亚砜提取,Waters Oasis MCX柱净化,电喷雾串联四级杆质谱进行检测。本方法检测三聚氰胺、环丙氨嗪的线性范围为10~5000μg/kg,线性相关系良好(r>0.99);在10~100μg/kg的添加水平范围内的平均回收率为86%~98%;相对标准偏差为3.8%~7.5%;方法检出限为10μg/kg。
A fast method for determination of melamine and cyromazine residues in milk and dairy products was established in this paper. The samples were extracted by 1% trichloroacetic acid-dimethyl sulfoxide, purified by Waters Oasis MCX column and then analyzed by a liquid chromatography coupled to electrospray ionization quadmpole tandem mass spectrometry. The residues were quantified with multiple reactions monitoring (MRM) mode. The linear ranges of melamine and cyromazine were of 10-5000 μg/kg (r 〉0.99) with thedetection limit of the residues being of 10 μg/kg. Within the range of 10-100 μg/kg, the recovery and RSD of the method were 86%-98% and 3.8%-7.5%, respectively. Due to its high precision, repeatability and spiked recovery, this method can be applied for the determination of melamine and cyromazine residues in milk and dairy products.
