摘要
采用两步合成工艺,制备了新型B i1/2Na1/2Ti1-x(Mg1/3Nb2/3)xO3系无铅压电陶瓷。研究了B位复合离子取代对BNT陶瓷的晶体结构及压电与介电性能的影响。X射线衍射分析表明,所研究的组成均能够形成纯钙钛矿(ABO3)型固溶体;当x=0.015时,该体系陶瓷具有较佳的压电性能:压电常数d33=101 pC/N;kt=0.48。陶瓷材料的介电常数-温度曲线显示该体系材料具有明显的弥散相变特征。该体系陶瓷具有高kt值,低kp值;其比值kt/kp较大,具有较大的各向异性,是一种适合高频下使用的优良的超声换能材料。
A new lead-free piezoelectric ceramics of Bi1/2 Na1/2Ti1-x Mg1/3 Nb2/3 )xO3 was prepared by the two-step synthesize method and the effect of B-site the complex ions substitution on the piezoelectric and dielectric properties was investigated. X-ray diffraction patterns indicate that the ceramics studied can form pure perovskite structure. The favorable piezoelectric properties of d33 = 101 pC/N , kt =0.48 were obtained at x =0. 015. The curves of the dielectric constants as a function of temperature show obvious relaxor characteristic. The results showed that Bil/2 Na1/2 Ti1-x (Mg1/3 Nb2/3 )xO3 ceramics were good candidate for use as ultrasonic transducer ceramics because their kt/kp value is high.
