肌电图在诊断多发性硬化周围神经损害中的应用价值 被引量：1

摘要 目的分析多发性硬化（MS）患者合并周围神经损害的肌电图特征。方法回顾28例MS患者的运动神经、感觉神经传导速度、F波等肌电图检查结果。结果多发性硬化合并周围神经损害的发生率为53．57％，肌电图检查提示为神经源性损害，神经电图显示运动及感觉神经末端潜伏期延长、波幅降低，F波的潜伏期延长等改变。结论多发性硬化患者中部分患者可合并周围神经损害，肌电图有助于MS患者周围神经损害的诊断和评价。
