摘要
高碳粉煤灰因显著降低混凝土的耐久性等性能而不能用于大多数混凝土。安丘山水水泥有限公司5000t/d熟料生产线,采用火力发电厂湿排高碳粉煤灰,充分利用粉煤灰中12%以上未燃烧的碳含量和活性玻璃体,克服了应用实践中遇到的工艺困难,成功生产优质低碱硅酸盐水泥熟料,而且大幅度降低了煤耗和提高了窑尾余热发电量,节能减排效果显著,证明了通常作为不可用材料的高碳粉煤灰的实用价值。
High carbon fly ash can hardly used in production of most concrete because of its feature of lowirig down the performance of concrete in durability etc.. Anqiu Sunnsy Cement Co., Ltd uses high carbon wet fly from thermal power plant in its 5 000 tpd clinker production line. The company tackles difficulties in process and produces qualified low-alkali cement clinker by fully utilizing the remained over 12% unburned carbon and active vitrifiable body in fly ash. Coal consumption is lowed and the power generation is raised, it has obvious effect in energy saving and pollutants reducing. This practice proves that the common said useless high carbon fly ash is usable.
