摘要
对冷轧无取向电工钢性能测量用试样加工不同设备对试样测量结果进行了对比研究。研究结果表明非电工钢专用剪板机加工试样的铁损测量结果比电工钢专用剪板机加工试样测量值高3%以上,但对磁感应强度的测量没有明显影响;对叠装系数测量结果影响的规律非常明显,即普通剪板机→精密剪板机→电工钢专用剪板机加工试样测量的叠装系数依次提高,同时与毛刺高度完全对应。
The effect of cutting machines on the properties of non-oriented electrical steel is investigated. Results show that the iron loss of electrical steel processed by non-specialized cutters is higher than that by specialized cutters, but neglectable for magnetic induction while obvious for overlap coefficient of which steel cut by specialized cutting machines is the highest, corresponding to the height of burr.
